DOSAGE
Shake contents before opening. Use 1 heaped teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave. Take the last cup by 6pm to ensure uninterrupted bedrest. Acute Dose: 3-5 cups daily (for urinary tract problems) Detox Dose: 3 cups daily Maintenance Dose: 1-3 cups daily, in between meals
