Each Capsule contains: Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) extract equivalent to dry fruit 1g.

No Added Dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, fish, sesame seed, artificial flavoring and preservatives. Suitable for vegetarian use

DOSAGE Adults 

Take one capsule daily, first thing in the morning, or as professionally advised.

WARNINGS 

Most trials show that treatment for at least three menstrual cycles may be required before symptom relief is experienced in PMT. Several clinical studies have been conducted involving women taking oral contraceptives that have confirmed the herb still reduces PMT symptoms and does not affect the oral contraceptive pill.
