How Ostelin works:
Vitamin D is essential for effective calcium absorption, required for healthy bones and teeth. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to fragile bones later in life. Vitamin D helps maintain muscle strength, which may reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly. Ostelin contains Vitamin D3 which is the form that is produced naturally in the body.
DOSAGE
- 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Each capsule contains 25mcg colecalciferol (equivalent to Vitamin D3 1000 IU)
NO ADDED
- Yeast.
- Gluten.
- Lactose.
- Sugar.
- Artificial colours or flavours.
- Artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
- Dairy products.
