FORMULA

Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of:

Alchemilla vulgaris (Lady's Mantle)
Rubus idaeus (Raspberry leaf)
Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm)
Urtica dioica (Nettle)
Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort)
Equisetum arvense (Horsetail)
Achillea millefolium (Yarrow)

- Does not contain sugar, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, preservatives, gluten or dairy. 

- Non GMO. Vegan. Hypoallergenic.

 

DIRECTIONS

Use 1 level tsp (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

From week 13 to week 40, take 2-3 cups each day.

Traditionally in Europe, this formula is recommended from early pregnancy onwards. Raspberry leaf has a cumulative effect so the longer its taken throughout the pregnancy, the better its effect on the uterine muscle. While it is suitable to take right throughout pregnancy, many women feel comfortable starting Pregnancy Tea at week 13.

PLANT INGREDIENTS

HORSETAILHorsetail's (Equisetum arvense) high silica content helps to strengthen the connective tissue and tones the uterus. It supports fluid balance and uterine blood vessel health.
LADY'S MANTLELady's Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is taken during pregnancy to support preparation of the uterus for birth. Post birth it supports the recovery of the womb.
LEMON BALMDuring pregnancy and post birth, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) supports balanced mood and calms the heart. As a carminative, it helps to soothe queasiness and supports  appetite.
NETTLE LEAFNettle leaf (Urtica dioica) contains strengthening minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, trace minerals, vitamins (A and C) and enzymes - all important nutrients in pregnancy for a healthy mother and baby.
RASPBERRY LEAFRaspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) is effective in supporting morning queasiness. Regular use during pregnancy supports strength of the uterine muscle, to support  healthy uterine contractions at birth. Raspberry leaf supports recovery after birth and supports milk production.
