Each dose contains 1000mg of certified organic loose herbs of:

- Does not contain sugar, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, preservatives, gluten or dairy. 

- Non GMO. Vegan. Hypoallergenic.

DIRECTIONS

Use 1 level tsp (1000mg) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Take 2-3 cups per day until a new hormone regime has been established - this can take up to 3 months.

STORAGE

Close tightly and keep away from heat and moisture.
