Adults take 1 soft capsule daily with food, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Best taken for a full menstrual cycle or as recommended by a health professional.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Contains sulfites, Royal Jelly, propolis and soya bean products. Avoid taking this product if you are allergic to bee stings or bee products. Store below 25°C.
